## About the role

The Boring Company was founded to solve the problem of soul-destroying traffic by creating an underground network of tunnels. Today, we are creating the technology to increase tunneling speed and decrease costs by a factor of 10 or more with the ultimate goal of making Hyperloop adoption viable and enabling rapid transit across densely populated regions.

## What they're looking for

- Scheduling & Planning: Build and maintain detailed operational schedules and labor plans. Coordinate tightly with engineering and business operations leaders. Own timelines and deliverables end-to-end
- Resource Management: Allocate people, equipment, and materials effectively. Continuously track and adjust resource allocation as priorities and constraints shift
- Risk & Problem Solving: Spot potential conflicts or delays early and drive practical solutions. Build contingency plans and keep stakeholders in the loop
- Collaboration & Communication: Work directly with engineering and field teams to keep everyone aligned on priorities and deadlines. Deliver clear, regular updates on progress and status
- Continuous Improvement: Dig into operational data, surface trends, and push improvements to processes so the team can move faster and more efficiently
- Bachelor’s Degree
