## About the role

As a Recruiter for Nashville, you will drive the recruitment of top talent for all roles supporting our Music City Loop project, connecting Nashville’s airport to downtown, and prepare for hiring in other cities as we expand. This includes engineering, operations, skilled trades (e.g., electricians, welders, mechanics), and administrative positions. You will partner with hiring managers to source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates, ensuring a robust talent pipeline for current and future projects.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on engineering, operations, skilled trades, or high-volume roles in dynamic environments
- Proven track record as an in-house or agency recruiter in fast-paced, growth-oriented settings
