## About the role

As the first hire System Administrator in Nashville you will be responsible for everything from system deployment to troubleshooting (often inside the tunnel), workstation, VOIP, network and helpdesk/end-user support in a rapidly advancing site environment. This position provides an opportunity for a motivated individual to expand their skill set while being introduced to the entire IT service and support stack.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s or equivalent work experience
- 5+ yrs experience in Systems Administration / similar roles
- Proven experience in site-based work (I.e. in the field, troubleshooting on the ground)
- Ability to work long hours and weekends as necessary
- Willingness to learn new skills and grow into greater responsibility
- OK with confined spaces (occasionally entering the tunnels)
