## What they're looking for

- BS in Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering, or a related discipline, with 3 years of industry experience
- Practical experience with and theoretical knowledge of traditional processing unit operations including TFF, depth filtration, continuous centrifugation, chromatography and spray drying
- Experience with executing tech transfers to external parties such as pilot or CMO facilities
- Experience leading technical conversations with third parties such as equipment or chemical vendors
- Eagerness to learn from and collaborate with Every scientists and engineers
- Ability to travel internationally (up to 25%) to support and conduct process development activities at CMOs is required
