## What they're looking for

- CPA and/or MBA
- Field services, nuclear, utilities, or industrial services experience, comfort with craft labor economics (utilization, per diems, pass-through costs)
- Track record of value creation in an acquisitive (buy-and-build) environment
- NetSuite or comparable ERP fluency
- Hands-on experience deploying AI and automation in core finance processes
