## What they're looking for

- Active CPA license and experience in public accounting, ideally with a Big Four firm
- Experience accounting for capital-intensive development projects, including construction in progress, project cost capitalization, joint ventures, or special-purpose vehicles
- Experience implementing SOX and internal control over financial reporting requirements or preparing an organization for public-company-level reporting
- Hands-on experience leading an ERP implementation, transition, or migration, NetSuite experience is preferred
- Experience within nuclear energy, utilities, construction, infrastructure, or another highly regulated industrial sector
