## What they're looking for

- Elevation of company financial reporting. Support SOX / ICFR implementation and public-company-like reporting discipline and timelines for the segment through the transition to TNC standards and culture
- 10+ years of progressive accounting / controllership experience, including a senior accounting leadership role (Controller, Assistant Controller, or divisional controllership)
- Strong technical accounting foundation under US GAAP — revenue recognition for services, professional services, project-based businesses (ASC 606)
- Demonstrated experience in a multi-entity, acquisitive environment integrating acquired businesses onto common systems, policies, and controls
- Ownership of month-end close and consolidation into a corporate parent
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field
