## What they're looking for

- Develop and deliver load flow, short-circuit, transient and small-signal stability, electromagnetic transient, reliability, and system impact assessments
- Ensure planning and performance studies comply with industry standards and good engineering practices
- Deliver detailed and practical modeling outputs and comprehensive technical reports
- Manage end-to-end interconnection for large generator projects, coordinating with internal teams, clients, utilities, and subcontractors
- Lead electrical design development, including modeling packages and technical drawings
- Oversee interconnection applications—ensuring timely, accurate documentation and compliance with ISO/RTO and utility standards
