- Experience with AI-powered contract lifecycle management platforms (e.g., Icertis, Agiloft) for obligation tracking, risk scoring, and automated clause analysis
- Familiarity with AI-driven contract analytics tools (e.g., Kira Systems, Luminance) for extracting key provisions, identifying risk areas, and supporting compliance in regulated environments
