## About the role

The Project Manager, Development owns the integrated execution of one or more nuclear development projects through the Front-End Loading (FEL) stage-gate process, with accountability for scope, schedule, cost, and risk across all development workstreams. They integrate a broad matrixed team spanning land, licensing, permitting, interconnection, engineering, environmental, cost, finance, legal, and commercial functions, and serve as the single point of accountability to the project sponsor.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, business, or a related technical field
- 8+ years of project management experience on large capital projects, including 3+ years in early-phase development or front-end loading (FEL/FEED) environments
- Demonstrated experience managing multidisciplinary teams within a stage-gate or phase-gate governance framework
- Working knowledge of project controls fundamentals: CPM scheduling, cost estimate classification (AACE), risk management, and change control
- Strong executive-level written communication, proficiency with scheduling tools (Primavera P6 or MS Project) and advanced Excel
