## What they're looking for

- 3–5 years of experience managing wellness or fitness center operations, preferably within a large campus, commercial office, country club, or boutique wellness environment
- Nationally recognized Personal Training certification
- Experience planning and executing events, including wellness fairs, charity events, sports leagues, and other community engagement initiatives
- Experience coordinating with vendors, partners, and external stakeholders to support successful event execution
- Proven experience owning operational standards, service delivery, and team performance in high-volume or high-touch environments
- Skilled in driving revenue and efficiency through utilization planning, staffing models, and resource management
