- 12+ years in strategic technology partnerships in enterprise software, including 5+ leading the function or owning a partnership P&L
- A track record signing and operating partnerships with major platform companies. We want someone who has done this personally, not managed people who have
- Real fluency in technically deep, API-first integrations, not channel or referral partnerships
- Working knowledge of today's AI ecosystem: MCP, LLM platform integrations, agent registries, developer relations
- Executive presence to open doors at the senior-most levels of a Workday or an Anthropic, and hold your own once inside
- Patience for the long game. These deals are measured in quarters
