## About the role

We're 7 people in San Francisco, post-seed, with real customers. The founders are still doing too much of recruiting, finance, legal, vendors, and internal systems. You will own that. This is a true founding role. You will build the operating system of the company: hiring ops, finance/admin, legal/vendors, tools, office, and the glue that lets GTM and engineering move faster. There is no ops team and no playbook. You'll write it.

- Graduated and already held a real job. This is not a first-job seat
