## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree in related business or IT field preferred, Microsoft certification desired but not required with demonstrated experience
- 5+ years of experience managing and working with:
- Microsoft PowerShell or equivalent scripting experience for systems management
- Defining, documenting, and implementing standards for a given subject area
- Experience administering AI productivity platforms preferred
- Prior experience working with the ITIL framework in a SOX regulated environment is highly desired
