## About the role

Under the direction of a radiologist, performs computed tomographic procedures at a technical level not requiring constant supervision of technical detail. Performs a variety of technical procedures that will require independent judgement to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for radiologic diagnosis. Assumes responsibility for designated areas or procedures as required. Can assist the radiologist in interventional procedures.

- Qualifications/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities (Indicate minimum required to qualify or perform this job.)
- 1. Satisfactory completion of formal radiologic technology training in an AMA-approved school
- 2. ARRT Radiography Registered with current ODH licensure
- 3. Advanced ARRT registry in CT preferred
- 4. CPR certification through the American Heart Association
- 5. Demonstrates clinical competency in caring of patients as identified in department’s Scope of Care
