## About the role

Our Data team is growing, and we're looking for a Manager II of Data Analytics to lead it. Reporting to the Senior Director of Data, you'll manage a team of product, marketing, and data analysts who own the insights our business runs on, from experiment readouts and funnel analysis to marketing performance and executive reporting.

- 6+ years of experience in a data role (analytics, analytics engineering, or data science), including 3+ years directly managing a team
- Strong proficiency with SQL and a working command of Python
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, experimentation, reporting, and statistical analysis
- Experience with modern data tools such as Snowflake, dbt, Looker, or Tableau
- Fluency with AI tools and how to use them to drive outcomes for an analytics team
