## About the role

We are seeking a hands-on Senior Manager of Commercial Monetization & Yield with expertise in performance marketing marketplaces, ad tech yield optimization, and dynamic bidding (ex-QuinStreet, MediaAlpha, or similar lead-gen/referral ecosystems). Sitting within Commercialization, this role serves as the tactical driver bridging commercial strategy, growth marketing, and data science.

## What they're looking for

- 8-10+ years of experience in performance ad monetization, marketplace yield management, or digital referral monetization (experience at MediaAlpha, QuinStreet, or similar insurance/financial platforms highly preferred)
- Strong technical analytics toolkit with hands-on proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Looker, Tableau etc.)
- Proven experience collaborating with Data Science / Machine Learning teams on bidding logic, algorithmic tiering, or yield optimization
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of performance marketing unit economics (CPA, CPC, CPL, marginal yield)
- Digital marketing, including familiarity with performance marketing strategies, audience targeting, and analytics
- Strong understanding of insurance carriers, products, and distribution models, preferred
