## About the role

We’re seeking motivated IP Enforcement Counsel (Copyright) to join our legal/business affairs team at Third Chair (X25). You’ll help our clients enforce their intellectual property rights, negotiate licenses, and recover revenue from unauthorized advertisements. You’ll negotiate a high volume of high-stakes matters on the plaintiff-side, while maintaining our high bar of work quality and client service.

## What they're looking for

- Licensed attorney admitted to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (active, in good standing)
- 6+ years of experience in media/entertainment law and/or copyright law
- Proven track record in pre-litigation IP enforcement, strong negotiator in high-stakes matters
- Extremely organized, able to juggle a high volume of cases while maintaining a high bar for quality
- Hungry, entrepreneurial attitude with a sales-like drive to close deals
