## About the role

We are looking for a senior Applied AI Designer to supercharge the design of our cutting-edge AI Workflow Orchestration platform while shaping the future of human expert and AI agent collaboration! You will be responsible for creating innovative, intuitive, and user-centered experiences that make complex and powerful AI workflows simple and accessible to profiles across the technical spectrum.

## What they're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in product design, UX/UI design, or a related field, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work on complex, data-rich applications or enterprise software
- Expertise in modern design and prototyping tools, especially Figma. You should be comfortable creating everything from low-fidelity wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes
- Proven ability to lead the end-to-end design process, from user research and concept exploration to detailed visual design and collaboration with engineers for implementation
- A deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for solving complex user problems in ambiguous, early-stage product environments
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and work effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers and engineers
- Experience designing and contributing to scalable design systems
