## About the role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will own the entire recruiting process for all technical roles and build our teams from the ground up. You’ll focus on scaling our talent efforts and building a best-in-class process through sourcing, hiring, and everything in between. The ideal candidate is someone passionate about recruiting top talent, building teams, and creating an exceptional candidate experience.

## What they're looking for

- 3+ years of in-house full-cycle technical recruiting experience
- Experience recruiting across multiple technical functions/teams preferred
- Track record of recruiting and sourcing in a high-growth environment or startup
- Demonstrated skills in sourcing, selling, interviewing, and closing candidates unassisted
- An understanding of legal, compliance, and HR regulations pertaining to recruiting
- Strong project management skills and a proven ability to work cross-functionally, influence decisions, and implement data-driven solutions
