## About the role

The Wellbeing Coordinator is the strategy & operations lead for a dedicated region within our Microsoft partnership, responsible for ensuring regional programming aligns with both Thrive’s and Microsoft’s global wellbeing strategy and mission. You will partner closely with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to drive program goals through a strategic, data-driven approach — balancing local relevance with scalability.

- Partner closely with the regional Health & Wellness Coach to align on shared program goals and a coordinated approach
- Review content for alignment with Thrive frameworks, Microsoft requirements, and program goals before it reaches stakeholders
- Own regional program delivery end-to-end, from intake and stakeholder discovery through logistics, content coordination, and day-of readiness
