## About the role

We are seeking a proactive Agile Scrum Master to support our growing Federal practice. In this role, you will facilitate Agile delivery for a cross-functional Salesforce engineering team focused on Experience Cloud portals and Agentforce AI implementations. You will serve as a servant leader, ensuring high team velocity, facilitating sprint events, removing delivery blockers, and partnering with product owners and stakeholders to maintain delivery flow within federal compliance frameworks.

## What they're looking for

- Agile Leadership: 5+ years of experience facilitating Agile sprints and driving continuous team improvement within federal IT or government consulting environments
- Federal Delivery Knowledge: Familiarity with how federal security compliance and ATO timelines integrate into two-week sprint cadences
- Tools Expertise: Strong hands-on proficiency with Agile tracking tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps
- Certifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II), or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) required
- Clearance & Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship required, ability to obtain and maintain a Federal Public Trust or Secret clearance
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
