Role Summary: The Senior Salesforce Developer will deliver scalable, secure AI solutions on the Salesforce platform based on industry best practices and mission needs. Beyond traditional platform maintenance, this role pioneers the next generation of AI-driven government service by designing, developing, and deploying Agentforce agents and custom actions that transform everyday interactions between citizens and government agencies.

- Agentforce & AI Development: Design, configure, and deploy autonomous and hybrid AI agents using Agentforce, customized subagent orchestration, instructions, and guardrails to handle complex mission inquiries
- Custom Action Building: Develop Apex classes, flows, and API connectors to equip Agentforce agents with custom actions and API integrations required to execute complex tasks
- Data Grounding & System Integration: Implement secure data grounding strategies and build API integrations between legacy Federal systems, Data Cloud, and Salesforce to provide Agentforce with accurate context
- Custom Development: Build Lightning Web Components (LWCs) and Apex triggers to enhance user interfaces and backend processes that interact with AI agent workflows
- AI Safety & Compliance: Enforce Federal security and compliance standards, configuring trust layers, data privacy controls, and audit mechanisms within AI interactions
