## About the role

We are seeking a high-caliber UX/UI Specialist for a contract engagement within our commercial practice. You will serve as the technical design authority for a key project, steering user experience integrity across the Salesforce ecosystem. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who can architect both the functional logic (how Communities and Ideas work) and the visual identity (branding, themes, and CMS) for both Customer and Partner Communities.

## What they're looking for

- 5–7+ years of experience managing UX/UI cycles, specifically within the Salesforce suite
- Significant experience with the Salesforce suite of products, especially Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data 360, Marketing Cloud, and/or Agentforce
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to align creative solutions with private-sector business objectives and stakeholder needs
- Deep familiarity with accessibility standards and modern design system requirements
- Proven leadership skills and experience in managing design for large, complex projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
