## About the role

Tilt is hiring a Finance Systems & Automation Analyst to automate the manual work in our accounting close and reporting. This role is for someone who understands accounting but would rather write the query than update the spreadsheet. You'll take recurring workflows — reconciliations, variance analysis, close schedules, audit pulls — and rebuild them as automated, documented, repeatable processes using SQL, Python, and our BI stack.
