## About the role

Tilt is looking for a Head of [Product] Design — an existing team of 6 designers and 1 researcher embedded across the pods building Cash Advance, Credit Card, Thrive, and the rest of our everyday money products. You'll report directly to the Head of Product and own the craft, quality, and user and business impact of design across everything our users touch. The foundations are in place: a recent rebrand, an evolved design system, and embedded, strong designers.
