## About the role

As a seasonal School Success Manager at Timely, you'll be at the forefront of our mission to help schools create more effective, equitable, efficient and innovative schedules. During peak school scheduling season, January - July , you'll work full-time, directly with our school partners, guiding them through the entire scheduling process and ensuring they maximize the benefits of our platform and support model. The seasonal School Success Manager role leads all aspects of Timely’s customer-facing support model.

## What they're looking for

- Meaningful experience developing middle and/or high school schedules
- Willingness to "roll up sleeves" and work in a scrappy environment
- A desire and flexibility to work full-time , seasonally, from January - July
- Experience building systems/processes, consistently delivering support to people and teams so they can achieve their goals
- Experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
- An experienced scheduler : Someone who has lived secondary scheduling and has at least 2+ years of experience building and owning a middle and/or high school schedule
