## What they're looking for

- Eight or more years of relevant IT systems engineering experience, or equivalent experience demonstrating senior-level technical ownership
- Strong hands-on administration and engineering experience across multiple enterprise platforms, such as Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Jira, AWS, identity providers, or endpoint management systems
- Experience personally building and maintaining automated workflows, integrations, or self-service solutions, using APIs, scripting, or automation platforms
- Strong troubleshooting skills, including using logs and command-line tools to investigate complex issues, identify root causes, and implement durable improvements
- Sound judgment around access controls, data security, testing, change management, and rollback, with an understanding of build-versus-buy trade-offs and ongoing maintenance
- Experience independently delivering technical projects, managing competing priorities, and communicating clearly with engineers, operational teams, and business stakeholders
