## About the role

Reporting to the Strategic Solutions Manager, this role will help analyze customer operations, develop solution recommendations, coordinate complex initiatives, and identify opportunities to expand Tive across customer business units, regions, facilities, and use cases.

- Analyze customer shipment activity, operational workflows, use cases, adoption trends, and program performance
- Review customer data to identify opportunities to improve adoption, demonstrate value, and expand the use of Tive
- Help translate customer business challenges into clearly documented operational and technical requirements
- Prepare analysis for customer discovery sessions, solution workshops, executive meetings, account reviews, and business reviews
- Create summaries that connect Tive usage and performance data to measurable customer outcomes
- Generate customer reports, slides, and any custom materials needed for top customers
