## About the role

Toast is seeking a Marketing Analytics Manager on the Marketing Analytics team to help us make smarter, faster decisions across the customer journey, with particular focus on customer lifecycle. In this role, you’ll wed new and existing customer data with upsell marketing campaigns & sales tactics to optimize how we expand customer ARPU over the lifespan of our Toast customers.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience working with marketing analytics and customer data
- Proficient with tools like Snowflake, SQL, Excel
- Mastery of analytics tools with data visualization components such as Sigma, Hex, Looker
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect data to outcomes
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills, able to influence others to take action
- Expert with AI tools, particularly those used for analysis and visualization (Claude, Hex AI)
