## About the role

You'll own the outreach and off-site authority-building work that sits between our content production and its reach – building the backlink, citation, and third-party mention profile that both search engines and AI systems already trust. You'll partner closely with your Organic Growth team members and cross-functional stakeholders to make sure what we publish earns a place in the conversations that matter, including how AI systems are increasingly answering questions about the food and hospitality industry.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of experience in SEO or content marketing with a track record of building backlinks and earning organic coverage
- Strong writing skills – comfortable drafting guest posts and pitches yourself, not just securing placements for content written by others
- Experience running outbound outreach campaigns at scale
- Familiarity with SEO/AEO/GEO tooling (Ahrefs or similar, Profound, Google Search Console, etc.) to identify link/citation gaps and prioritize outreach targets
- Comfortable using AI and LLM-based tools in your workflow as well as understanding how AI/LLM citation ecosystems work
- Strong written communication for pitches and outreach
