## About the role

We are looking for an experienced and passionate educator, with experience of teaching in K-12 schools, to join our team in the role of Senior Manager, Learning and Engagement. In this role, you will own the design, delivery, and evolution of Toddle’s professional learning experiences for educators and school leaders around the world.

## What they're looking for

- Create a comprehensive events and community strategy that addresses the needs, interests, and challenges of educators and school leaders
- Own the end-to-end design and delivery of Toddle’s professional learning experiences, ensuring they are inspiring, practical, and grounded in the realities of progressive schools
- Conceptualise, design, and deliver 2–3 virtual learning experiences for school leaders each quarter, including defining themes, sourcing speakers, and shaping learning outcomes
- Plan and execute 10–12 in-person meet-ups each year, working closely with host schools to curate meaningful, community-driven experiences
- Build trusted relationships with educators, school leaders, speakers, and partner schools to co-create locally grounded experiences and nurture engagement beyond individual events
- Develop a deep understanding of Toddle’s products, prospective buyers, customer journeys, and competitive landscape
