## About the role

Together AI is building the AI-native cloud — the fastest inference infrastructure on the planet, paired with a model ecosystem, orchestration layer, and data center footprint that enterprises and frontier labs depend on. As we expand the surface area through which our models and inference reach end users, we're hiring a Head of Distribution Partnerships to source and build the 0-to-1 partnerships that drive token distribution from models served on Together.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: At least 5 years in product partnerships, business development, or technical alliance management, ideally at an infrastructure, developer tools, or platform company
- 0-to-1 Builder Mentality: Track record of sourcing and closing partnerships from scratch — comfortable with ambiguity, cold outreach, and building process where none exists yet
- Commercial Structuring: Experience negotiating technology partnership agreements, co-sell frameworks, ISV/OEM arrangements, or marketplace integrations
- High EQ & Self-Starter: Comfortable operating with significant autonomy, building trust with partner stakeholders quickly, and prioritizing across a broad and evolving partner landscape
