## About the role

This role is for someone who delivers results across borders, time zones, and organizational boundaries. We are looking for a hands-on operator who personally drives complex, high-stakes engagements to successful outcomes, not someone who manages program governance from a distance.

## What they're looking for

- Your programs deliver on time, within scope, and with zero surprises to leadership or the customer. Contract milestones are tracked, invoicing is clean, and compliance artifacts are complete without being chased
- Customers in your programs trust you personally, not just the company. They come to you directly when something needs attention because you have earned that access through consistent follow-through
- Internal teams (Science, Product, Engineering, Legal) treat your programs as well-run and easy to support because you bring clear requirements, realistic timelines, and full context, not last-minute fire drills
- Risks surface early. You identify issues before they escalate and bring proposed mitigations alongside the diagnosis
- Own and drive the full lifecycle of international programs: contract kickoff, solution delivery, proof of concept execution, operational deployment, and ongoing support
- Translate signed contracts into executable program plans with defined milestones, deliverables, ownership, and accountability, and drive follow-through across all stakeholders
