## About the role

Tonal is looking for a Showroom Manager to lead our Showroom at University Town Center (UTC). In this role, you will be critical in executing our retail strategy. You’ll be leading the sales floor, and working closely with various departments to provide an exceptional client experience. This role reports to the Regional Manager. If you’re passionate about fitness, have a high bar for client experience, and love to think out of the box, Tonal is the place for you.

## What they're looking for

- 2+ years of sales management experience in retail, fitness, service, or hospitality industries preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills. You’re invigorated by interaction with clients, whether groups or individuals. You are approachable, a good listener, and an enthusiastic brand representative

- You’re flexible and have the ability to adapt quickly and react positively to business needs and changes in strategies
