## About the role

We're hiring a Senior RevOps Systems Manager to join our Revenue Operations team here in NYC. This is an opportunity to serve as the connective tissue between Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, and to have significant impact on how our go to market motion runs. You'll own our GTM tech stack: the tools, processes, and integrations that power our go to market motion, and bring the experience and instincts to evolve it as we scale.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years in a systems administration or GTM operations role with demonstrated ownership across a full stack
- Deep, admin-level HubSpot expertise, HubSpot certifications strongly preferred
- Track record of building and improving GTM systems, not just maintaining them
- Strong analytical instincts: you know what questions to ask of the data and how to surface what matters
- Comfortable operating with autonomy, you figure things out, document what you find, and communicate proactively
- Experience partnering across Sales, Marketing, and CX at a fast-moving company
