## About the role

As a Toptal Business Solutions Specialist, you will be working directly with Toptal’s clients to understand their needs, custom-match them with Management Consultants from our talent network, and provide support during the matching process, throughout the engagement, and beyond. This is a remote position. We do not offer visa sponsorship or assistance. Resumes and communication must be submitted in English.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s Degree is required
- Full-time availability during EST or PST working hours
- 5+ years in Management Consulting (top-tier, or reputable boutique firm), or equivalent strategic advisory experience
- Hands-on experience across multiple consulting practices — e.g., strategy, finance, operations, marketing, people/HR, and technology — or a strong generalist track record spanning several of these areas
- Strong adaptability to learn and execute in new areas of expertise — e.g., Product Management, Project Management, Design, Digital Marketing
- Ability to understand ambiguous business needs and translate them to a consultant’s responsibilities and skills
