## About the role

Toptal’s Marketing Agency Organization spans eight practices, from brand and advertising to martech and content marketing. We need a hybrid operator across solution architecture, sales enablement, partnerships, and client-facing business development — judged on outcomes: deals won, partner revenue generated, offerings shipped. You will be part of a distributed team and will be reporting directly to our Practice Director of our Marketing Agency.

## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree
- 8+ years of agency and/or consulting background with a track record of owning outcomes and working directly with clients
- Experience writing and leading proposals or RFP responses for deals of varying size and complexity
- Partnerships experience — building GTM motions and joint offerings that generated real, measurable revenue
- Comfort working across both B2B and B2C, and across verticals such as consumer goods, technology, insurance, and financial services
- Genuine interest in AI: designing AI-enabled client solutions and upskilling an internal team on AI tools
