## What they're looking for

- Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in a technical discipline
- At least 5 years of proven software product management experience
- Proven ability to lead products end-to-end from early discovery and zero-to-one development through launch, iteration, and scale, even in ambiguous environments
- Proven experience managing the development and launch of mobile, desktop, and web applications across the full product lifecycle is a plus
- Knowledge of AI product development processes and best practices
- Experience designing and launching AI-powered product features that improved engagement, efficiency, and measurable business outcomes
