## About the role

As a Supplier Quality and Reliability Engineer on the Supply Chain team, you will be key to ensuring the performance, long-term reliability, and build quality of components feeding our advanced energy products. You will take end-to-end ownership of supplier quality initiatives, from auditing and validating international supplier manufacturing processes to closing out complex systemic quality issues.

## What they're looking for

- Demonstrated experience leading supplier quality management and resolving complex, systemic quality issues with global vendors
- Deep expertise in root cause analysis tools and quality methodologies, including 8D, 5 Why, FMEA, CAPA, and statistical problem-solving techniques
- End-to-end ownership of RMA or warranty programs, with a track record of trend identification and execution of permanent corrective actions
- Strong technical background working with manufactured hardware products, specifically electronics, electromechanical assemblies, or battery systems
- Proven ability to serve as a cross-functional technical liaison between external suppliers and internal Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams
- Hands-on experience working with international suppliers, particularly in Asia, including supplier auditing, process validation, and driving quality improvement initiatives
