## About the role

As a Swing Shift Manufacturing Engineer , you will be a key player in setting up and supporting our manufacturing processes. The Engineer is responsible for supporting the manufacturing and fabrication of our BESS (Torus Pulse) and FESS (Torus Spin) products. The role is responsible for troubleshooting and maintaining manufacturing equipment, designing manufacturing fixtures, building & optimizing production flows, automating processes, and other similar duties.

## What they're looking for

- Strong knowledge of manufacturing best practices, including Lean Manufacturing principles
- Experience developing new manufacturing processes
- Experience with industrial automation tools such as PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and motion systems
- Experience designing tooling, jigs, and/or fixtures using SolidWorks
- Experience optimizing production processes
- Experience programming CNC equipment
