## About the role

Our best users don't just use Town — they build with it. They write routines and skills, wire up their own tools, and then tell other people how to do it. You'll build Town's community function: the events calendar, the places our users talk to each other, and the pipeline that turns a great routine someone built on a Tuesday into something thousands of people use by Friday. The bar isn't attendance numbers or follower counts. It's whether community measurably makes people better at using Town.
