## About the role

Fund Operations and Cash Management: Execute end-to-end capital calls and distributions (including calculations, notices, and data verification. Prepare fund-of-fund (FoF) wires, assist with portfolio investment wires, and process invoices as needed. Month-End close: Reconcile bank accounts, prepare FoF monthly/quarterly closing entries, and other journal entries as needed.

## What they're looking for

- Experience: 7+ years of professional accounting experience, ideally with 4 years or more of direct experience in fund accounting at a VC firm, private equity manager, or alternative investment firm
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. A CPA is highly desirable
- Operational Precision: Proven track record of executing complex administrative and financial workflows with a high degree of comfort and competence in managing the granular details of fund operations
- Communication Skills: Ability to explain complex tax, financial, and legal concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
- Professional Presence: High degree of integrity and discretion, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a fast-paced investment environment. Strong individual contributor, as well as a team player
