## What they're looking for

- Education: BS/MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related field
- Programming: Solid C/C++ programming skills with a strong understanding of memory management and real-time constraints
- Experience: 4+ years working in bare metal and RTOS-based systems (FreeRTOS, Zephyr, etc.)
- Protocols: Competence in BLE, LoRa, or LTE, plus industrial standards (CAN, Modbus)
- Debugging: Skilled with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters, and power analyzers
