## What they're looking for

- Bachelors, Masters in Engineering, or similar technical field. MBAs welcome
- At least 3 - 5 years of technical industry experience, including as program, project, or equivalent technical leader
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated and passion for leading end-to-end programs, Prior start-up or consulting experience preferred but not required
- Proficient with Agile methodologies and JIRA-based program management tools and standard methodologies
- Track record of driving execution and building consensus across large engineering organizations and driving teams towards the next level of difficulty
- Experience leading sophisticated, fast-paced critical initiatives spanning multiple teams and organizations, often with conflicting priorities and schedules
