## About the role

As a Founding GTM Recruiter at Traversal, you’ll build and own our go-to-market hiring engine from zero-to-one. You’ll run full-cycle recruiting across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Partnerships, Marketing, and Operations. This is a high-ownership role for someone who’s scrappy, fast, and comfortable operating without a playbook. You’ll partner directly with founders and GTM leaders to define profiles, build pipeline, run tight hiring loops, and close exceptional talent in a competitive market.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of full-cycle GTM recruiting experience, ideally including hiring for enterprise SaaS AE, SE/FDE, CS, RevOps, or Marketing roles
- Demonstrated ability to source and close candidates independently, without heavy reliance on inbound pipelines
- Strong stakeholder management skills, comfortable partnering with founders and GTM leaders to calibrate the bar and drive process
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong closer instinct
- High degree of ownership and comfort operating with ambiguity and limited process
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across a high volume of concurrent searches
