Trellis is looking for a Senior Product Manager, Growth to own and scale our product-led growth engine — from the first session through activation, conversion, and expansion.

## What they're looking for

- 5+ years of product management experience, with demonstrated ownership of meaningful product outcomes
- Experience owning or significantly contributing to product-led growth, activation, conversion, onboarding, retention, or funnel optimization
- Strong analytical skills and experience using product analytics to understand user behavior, identify opportunities, and measure impact
- Experience designing, prioritizing, and evaluating product experiments
- Strong ability to partner with Engineering and Design on technical product requirements and implementation trade-offs
- Demonstrated ability to independently own a product area or roadmap and drive cross-functional initiatives from strategy through execution
