The Aceable Learning Experience Team is a lively crew of writers, graphic designers, and video producers with a shared mission: we make required licensing education approachable and engaging, and we care obsessively about our results. In close collaboration with the product team, we strive to create effective, user-centric online courses. We learn fast, pivot quickly, and create products to drive the best outcomes for the largest number of students.

## What they're looking for

- 4+ years of professional audio production experience in e-learning, audiobook, podcast, broadcast, or a comparable narration-heavy environment
- Hands-on experience with and enthusiasm for AI voice generation tools (e.g., ElevenLabs)
- Hands-on experience using workflow automation platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier) or scripting for batch media processing, with the judgment to know what should and should not be automated
- Demonstrated expertise in a professional DAW (e.g., Pro Tools, Adobe Audition, Logic, Reaper), including editing, noise reduction, restoration, and mastering to a delivery spec
- Experience producing long-form narration through recording, voice direction, or generation, with the ear to keep a narrator consistent across hundreds of pages of content
- Sound production judgment and the ability to determine when to use AI generation, live talent, existing audio, pickups, or full re-records
