## About the role

Twice a year, we bring our fully remote team of ~175 people together in an incredible destination. We go all out on these trips, and the team gets excited about them months in advance. Read more about them in our public handbook . We’ve traveled together to Mexico City, Lisbon, Medellin, Vail, and Santa Barbara. Our next offsite will be in Seville, Spain, in March 2027. We care about every part of the trip: a great hotel, meals, activities people will actually enjoy, and a few surprises along the way.
