## About the role

We're hiring a Senior Product Designer to raise the craft of the product across Tremendous. You'll report to our Director of Product Design and work horizontally. Craft projects across the dashboard and the recipient experience: navigation, information architecture, the design system, motion. You'll also take small projects from pods that have no designer. Those teams have little user experience work of their own, which is why this is a Foundations role.
